NEW JKAA ANNUAL REGISTRATION FORMS AVAILABLE
The administration of JKA Australia has today distributed the new JKAA annual registration forms and procedure kit to all Dojo Heads. These forms are to be completed by all members of each Dojo, both new and renewing, and handed into your Dojo Head with annual registration fees. The information will then collated by your Dojo Head, and be forwarded electronically to JKAA admin for processing which will include distribution of plastic ID cards to all financial members. All registrations must be forwarded to JKAA via the Dojo Head or official representative, of each JKAA authorised Dojo. No registrations will be accepted directly by JKAA from individuals.
Below is the new registration form in Word Format, where you may type in your details in the appropriate fields, then print out, sign and present to your Dojo Head, or in PDF format where you may write your details in by hand.
